By booking a photography session with JTRaw, you agree to the following terms.

Services

JTRaw provides professional automotive photography services and digital image delivery.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time.
• Ensuring the vehicle is clean and ready for the shoot.
• Obtaining permission for any private locations used during the session.
• Taking reasonable care around JTRaw's photography and other equipment during the shoot.

Equipment & Damage

JTRaw takes care to protect its photography equipment during every shoot. If any JTRaw equipment is damaged or broken by the client, a guest, or any other person present at the shoot, other than JTRaw, the person responsible may be charged for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

This may include cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, tripods, bags, memory cards, or any other equipment used by JTRaw during the session.

Any applicable repair or replacement fee will be discussed with the client and will be based on the actual cost required to repair or replace the damaged equipment.

Image Delivery

Edited photographs will be delivered through a private online gallery within the agreed turnaround time.

Copyright

JTRaw retains copyright of all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are welcome to share their photographs on social media provided they are not altered beyond basic cropping and appropriate credit is given where possible.

Commercial use requires written permission.

Liability

JTRaw is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

By booking a session, the client (You) confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
